Aqua Mail offers an in-app browser using Android System WebView that is based on Chromium. If you'd like to use your default browser instead, simply go to Settings > Message View > Disable "Open web links in Aqua Mail".
If you do not have a default browser app, the next link you open will prompt you to choose an app to do this with.
