We sincerely appreciate your loyalty and support over the years. We have an important update to share regarding the Aqua Mail Pro Unlocker app and would like to apologize for any confusion caused by recent developments.
Starting from September 30th, 2023, we will no longer update the “Aqua Mail Pro Unlocker” app which was sold separately in the early days of Aqua Mail and is now outdated.
Our objective is to concentrate solely on further enhancing Aqua Mail- A fast, Secure app that provides you with up-to-date service and user experience.
How to migrate your Aqua Mail Pro Unlocker license:
To migrate, launch the latest Aqua Mail app version, activated with Aqua Mail Pro Unlocker, on your device. Tap on the migration icon at the top of the message list.
Simply activate a one-time in-app purchase to smoothly migrate your Unlocker Pro license from the old Aqua Mail Pro Unlocker app before September 30, 2023.
We have carefully considered all available options on Google Play and believe that this symbolic one-time price is the most suitable. While Google Play doesn't allow a completely free option for an in-app purchase, we are pleased to offer a refund for the migration in-app cost until Sept. 30, 2023.
Just contact customer support after activating it.
After completing the migration process and activating the in-app Pro license in Aqua Mail - Smart, Secure app, we recommend deleting the Aqua Mail Pro Unlocker app.
Why migrating:
• This will streamline your user experience as Pro users and will eliminate the need for two separate APKs.
• Restoring your Pro access in case you change devices will be smooth and easy.
• You will continue to have access to the Pro features included in your Aqua Mail Pro Unlocker license.
• As a “PRO” user, you will receive regular updates, including compatibility and security improvements in line with your Pro access.
• Our customer support will be available to you in case of any issues.
What may happen if you choose not to migrate your Aqua Mail Pro Unlocker license:
• We cannot guarantee the Aqua Mail Pro Unlocker app will work as expected in case of changing devices or updating the OS after September 30th, 2023.

• If you lose your Pro access activated with purchase of the Aqua Mail Pro Unlocker license, we may not be able to help restore it.
• If you choose not to migrate before the aforementioned date, the limited-time offer for the migration in-app will change. A refund will be only available if proof of Purchase of the Aqua Mail Pro Unlocker app is presented.
If your Pro access was activated through a code (activation key):
Everything mentioned above is also valid if you activated your Pro access using an activation key. Please note that we are no longer able to issue activation keys.
What is Premium:
Premium is our subscription plan which unlocks Premium access to all features & settings available in the Aqua Mail -Fast, Secure app, including newly developed features. It is important to note that subscribing to the “Premium” plan is optional and not mandatory for “PRO” users.
You can always upgrade within the app.
Aqua Mail Pro Unlocker upgrading to Premium: What happens if Premium expires/is canceled:
Case 1: If you haven't changed your device and have the Aqua Mail Pro Unlocker installed, after canceling Premium, you will revert to Pro. However, we highly recommend migrating your Pro license from the Unlocker Pro due to the reasons mentioned earlier. Please note that the migration cost may change after September 30th, 2023, and if you want a refund, we may require proof of purchase of the Aqua Mail Pro Unlocker.
Case 2: If you have uninstalled the Aqua Mail Pro Unlocker app but still use the same account you used for purchasing it, you will be able to see the Aqua Mail Pro Unlocker app on Google Play and can download and activate it again. Nonetheless, we still recommend going through the migration process.
Case 3: If you have changed your device and the account used for purchasing the Aqua Mail Pro Unlocker app, and you no longer have Aqua Mail Pro Unlocker app installed or visible on the Play Store, without proof of purchase, you will revert to the free version.
Case 4: If you have an activation code, please note that we are no longer able to issue new codes or extend the validation period of existing ones. For this reason, we highly recommend migrating your Pro Unlocker license to ensure continued access.
