If users recently experienced problems signing with a Gmail account through the option "Other Mail" they would encounter an error, as shown below.
This is because Google changed how they handle third-party app login. Starting June 1st 2022 the "Less secure apps" options are no longer available. More on this you can read here.
We recommend users sign using the "Gmail or Google Apps" login option. Alternatively, if you still want to log in with "Other Email" please see this article here.
