Beginning with version 1.29. Aqua Mail supports S/MIME encryption.

Prerequisites

Adding your certificate

In Aqua Mail, open Settings > Manage Accounts > Choose an e-mail address > End-to-End encryption
Enable S/MIME and select your encryption algorithms
Tap on the Certificate repository

Certificate repository

Certificates in use by your accounts are available here and divided into two categories - your account's certificates and other (user) certificates
To add a new certificate file, tap the + icon
To review information on existing certificates, tap on the respective certificate
