Aqua Mail connects to Exchange accounts using Exchange Web Services (EWS). The Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) protocol is not currently supported.

If your settings are not automatically recognized when connecting you will have to take further steps to ensure compatibility.

First, confirm with your server administrator that EWS connections are enabled. You also have to obtain the correct settings for connecting to the server.

After that, proceed using the Manual option and input your mail server settings.


Most Exchange e-mail now uses Office 365 subscriptions. If your company or you have an Office 365 subscription, please use the corresponding login option instead.
